A staggering 61% of Americans experience loneliness and, in the Covid-19 era, just 37% of full-time workers exhibit high levels of resilience—or the ability to recover quickly from challenges—according to Cigna’s latest studies.
Not only do these dual challenges have negative impacts on mental health; they take a toll on the workplace, too, leading to increased absenteeism, turnover and missed workdays.
