About Royse City
Royse City Community Development Corporation (CDC) is the economic development arm of Royse City, Texas. The CDC is actively working to create primary jobs, support local businesses including downtown main street businesses, and to attract new retail and commercial development to the community.
The CDC is the liaison between businesses, site selectors, developers, and the city, helping to coordinate projects, find sites, and to get plans and permits approved. In addition, the CDC offers incentives on a case-by-case basis and helps to coordinate workforce development efforts for new and existing businesses.

Royse City Community Development Corporation exists to preserve the city’s hometown atmosphere with a spirit of cooperation between businesses, local government, schools, churches, and residents, and to develop an ideal mix of industry, business, cultural, educational, and recreational facilities to help support the economic growth and development of the community.
