The Royse City Independent School District will soon be able to begin work on several building and expansion projects, thanks to voters who approved of the $230 million bond Saturday.
"We are so thankful for the Royse City ISD taxpayers and voters for supporting these projects to help us address rapid student enrollment growth," Royse City ISD Superintendent Keving Worthy said. "The new schools, school expansions and other projects will help us best serve the 7,000 current students and many more to come."
